Items must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Items that are damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Items marked as “Final Sale.”

Opened or used beauty products (for hygiene reasons).

Gift cards or promotional items.

Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
